Report ready for your doctor

Everything your doctor asked for.

Two taps per reading

Big numbers, ±1 buttons and your last reading pre-filled. Time, arm and position fill themselves. Or just say “128 over 82, pulse 71”.

The 7-day home routine

Morning and evening, two readings a minute apart, for a week. A short posture checklist before each one. Missed one? Your doctor looks at the average.

Morning and evening averages

7- and 30-day averages, AM and PM side by side. Ranges shown for reference, based on AHA categories.

A one-page report for your doctor

Averages, every reading, a simple chart and your medication log. Share it, email it to yourself, or print it at any pharmacy.

Remember your medication

Mark it as taken and get a reminder at the time you choose. Calmcuff never suggests doses or changes.

Questions

Does Calmcuff take my blood pressure?
No, and no phone can on its own. Use an upper-arm cuff (a validated list is at validatebp.org) and log what it shows. Calmcuff keeps it in order.
My Apple Watch sent a hypertension notification. Now what?
A notification isn't a diagnosis. Apple suggests a week of readings with a cuff, shared with your doctor. Calmcuff guides you through that week and builds the report.
Will I lose my readings if I don't pay?
Never. Logging, your full history and CSV export are free forever.
Does Calmcuff tell me what my numbers mean?
It shows reference ranges based on AHA categories, and that's it. Calmcuff doesn't diagnose and never gives medication advice. Talk to your clinician about your numbers.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone, and in Apple Health if you connect it. It's never sent to us, to analytics or to advertisers.

Calmcuff is a logging and organizing tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose and never gives medication advice. If you feel chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness or trouble speaking, call 911.

Bring your week of readings, done right.
