CalmcuffPrivacy Policy

Calmcuff is made by Pediaca, LLC ("we"), a Delaware company. This policy explains what the Calmcuff iPhone app and the website calmcuff.app collect, and why. Short version: your content stays on your phone. We don't sell data, and we don't use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
What stays on your device
Everything you log in Calmcuff is stored locally on your iPhone. We have no servers that receive it and no account system. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it, unless it is part of your own device backup.
Health data
Readings, medication logs and notes are consumer health data. They never leave your device: they are not sent to us, to analytics, to crash reporting, or to iCloud. If you connect Apple Health, data is read from and written to Apple Health on your device only, with your permission, and you can revoke it at any time in Settings. Health data is never used for advertising and never sold. Read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

We never put the content of your logs in analytics or crash reports. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card.
Tracking
We don't use advertising SDKs or the Meta pixel, and the website uses no cookies. Ad attribution, if any, uses Apple's privacy-preserving systems (SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit).
Your choices
- Turn off usage analytics in the app's Settings.
- Export all your data at any time (CSV), free.
- Ask us anything, or ask us to delete the anonymous analytics and subscription records tied to your device ID: write to hello@calmcuff.app.
Children
Calmcuff is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
